Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will handle delivery issues in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers the risk of loss to you earlier than permitted by law.
